Read this to the end as you will lose internet connection half way through.
Right, here goes
1) Connect one end of your ethernet cable to the back of your 360 and the other end to your laptop/PC
2) On your PC, go to Start->Connect To->Show all connections
3) Hold ctrl and click on your Wireless Connection and your ethernet (generally Local Area Connection) right click->Bridge these connections
4) When that is finished, open your internet browser and see if it still works, if it doesn't, no worries, this will fix it.
5) Go to Start>Run>cmd, type in
Code
netsh bridge show adapter
Reference Image if you need help
6) Now type in
Code
netsh bridge set adapter 1 enable
7) Test your internet again, if it works your sorted, go to XBox->Settings>Network->Test Connections and see if it works.
If you get an error post it here and I'll try to fix (I am writing this from memory
