Domain Registry of America scam

Earlier today I got a letter in the post claiming to be from the "Domain Registry of America" (surprisingly located in London, England) saying my domain is about to expire and to pay them to renew it.

Possibly Releasing CMS

This CMS which you see in front of you will possibly be released as an Open Source download in the very near future. I feel that it is very near completion just needing a few more features and a bit of tidying up.
